Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account or internet connection?

No. Olivkus Eat Healthy has no account system and its missions, meal journal, recipes, garden, and progress work offline.

Where is my information stored?

Your settings, meals, water records, favorites, grocery items, and progress stay in local app storage on your device. Apple may include app data in a device backup according to your system settings.

Why did a completed mission not add points again?

Each daily mission awards progress once for that day. You may undo and recheck it, but the same mission will not award duplicate points.

How do garden items unlock?

Complete daily missions and journey stages to earn lifetime points. Each collectible shows its unlock requirement, and an unlocked item can be selected as your featured decoration.

Can I change or delete a meal?

Yes. Tap Edit next to a meal in Journal. The app asks for confirmation before deleting it.

How can I erase my information?

Open Settings and choose Reset all local data. After confirmation, Olivkus Eat Healthy removes its locally stored app data and returns to onboarding. This action cannot be undone.

Does the app provide medical or nutrition advice?

No. Goals and prompts are general habit tools for adults and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for personal health guidance.
